Members Rights in Regards to Staff
The members of our community matter the most to us, and if they feel uncomfortable with the staff serving them, we will do our best to help and fix the problem.

I feel i'm being treated unfairly by a moderator, what can I do?
If you ever feel you are being treated unfairly by a moderator, or any staff member for that matter, whether it be an admin or moderator, contact a different member of staff about the problem, or raise the issue to a higher authority staff member. In no means should a staff member use their power unfairly against a user because of personal feelings or otherwise.
My punishment was unjust and I want to see evidence that I broke a rule!
Any user is permitted to ask for evidence of their offense, and it will be provided to them. No names of those that reported said user will be disclosed. All reports are looked into by at least two staff members at a time, and is reviewed carefully to select the right punishment for the offense. If you still feel the suspension was unjust, contact an administrator and they will review the case.
I'm not sure I can talk to this staff member, but they're the only one around, help?
If you ever at any time feel you cannot speak to a member of the staff, you're always welcome to contact a different team member. All of our staff members are friendly and are more than willing to help any user in the community. If you're more comfortable with another member of staff, our inboxes are always open here on the forum. If it is an offense in need of immediate attention, we do encourage contacting a moderator that is online, or sending a screenshot and/or chat logs to a staff member on the website.
I purchased a donation pack and my account got suspended. Can I request a refund?
Absolutely! If your donation pack was purchased within 30 days of a suspension, a full refund will be issued upon request. Be mindful, this only applies to purchases within 30 days of this action on your account and will not be refunded afterwards.
No one has responded to my report, yet staff have been online, what gives?
If you can verify you sent a report to a moderator on the forums, and have given at least 24 hours for that staff member to respond, you are welcome to send an inquiry to a higher up about the issue. We will look into that report for you. Be mindful, the situation may have been handled, but no reply was sent. If so, we will alert you.
A moderator has spoken poorly of me in a private message or a public chat, is that acceptable?
It is never acceptable for a moderator to speak down of a member in public nor private chats to anyone. Be aware though, criticism and speaking in a poor manner are different things. If you find a mod using poor or demeaning language about yourself or another user within the community, please contact an administrator. This behavior is not tolerated.
