Even if you meet all of these, it doesn't mean you will become a Moderator. If you do by chance get picked, you will be in the MiT group for training purposes, meaning, you have no in-game authority or power.
Asking to become a Moderator will lower your chances and rarely get you anywhere. We handpick our staff or hold auditions for the role. Do not ask any of the current staff to become staff! Asking to become staff is considered begging and is a punishable offense.
How do I become a GM? I REALLY want to!
To be in the exact square of fairness, asking to become a moderator will not get you any where regarding the matter. Becoming a moderator is a demanding, tiring job in which is a volunteer position. The serving staff members consist of a team that is able to track possible MODs and will keep watch over them. If you 'behave' and help around, you might get offered a moderator position. Read above for some general information of a moderator. At many times throughout the year, cycles of applications will be sent out through the community to gather potential candidates to become a game moderator. Just because you fill out an application does not mean you will be offered the position.

If you need to get in contact with a moderator or admin, it is preferred to keep all Aroessa matters on this site! All staff members have a [private] message in-box for 1 on 1 conversations. If you need to ask them a question or simply report someone, send them a message! Keep all reports to Moderators, unless it involves a moderator, then message an admin about the situation. (Staff members have red, burnt orange, and bright orange names on the site.) Certain admins are available for reports.
